Challenge

A lot is coming your way if you want to develop a solar panel park. the process takes a long time, there are a lot of uncerntainties, it is a slow complex process but in the end it is all worth it as you will have your own sustainably produced and affordable energy. but how to visualize which role Rabobank can play in this process? And how do you motivate Rabobank colleagues to play their part and take ownership of this opportunity?

Solution

Together with the client, we developed two journeys: the client journey, which represents the ideal experience, and the employee journey, which, although not necessarily optimized behind the scenes, includes all the necessary elements to create an ideal customer journey. We outlined the steps together to provide insights into what an ideal client journey looks like from Rabobank's perspective and what is required behind the scenes from Rabobank to make it happen.
