Challenge

Introduce and discuss a conflict within a team where employees are inspired to do their own job, but do not collaborate with each other. The goal was to visualize the issue at hand but also highlight the potential of fixing the conflict.

Solution

An illustration that addresses the issue but also the highlights the potential positive impact of the solution, also known as the 'lightbulb moment'. By showing the potential of collaboration and 'connection' (referring to turning on the light together) the team got inspired to have a dialogue about improving the collaboration.
