Challenge

This client is a mediator and struggled to explain with words on her website to show the process of a mediation. She wanted to convey that as a mediator she acts as an unbiased 'listening ear' to problems her clients face.

Solution

Series of illustration of a mediator actively listening, setting a scene where the clients feels safe to share problems. This creates trust for clients as also the process has been visualized.
